- I'm in my early 30's, gay, and am finally out of the closet. I feel extremely frustrated by the fact I've waited so long to come out. So much of my life has been wasted in loneliness and living a lie. Now that i'm out, i'm able to be myself and i no longer have to conceal who I really am. But now i can see that coming out was the easy part. I have finally met the man of my dreams and am happier than i have been in a long time. Despite this, letting go of the past and moving on is going to be far more difficult than i had ever imagined.

nice pics dw. as you're lucky enuf to have a rly good view, how about setting up the camera on a tripod and getting a time lapse sequence of the sunrise, every cpl of mins, starting from before light.

I was thinking of getting a D90 to replace my Powershot S2IS - do you find it easy to use or too much for grab-n-go pictures?

I missed the white stuff till we moved back here into the Derbyshire Dales. Don't get a huge amount but it looked great on the hills. Can't match your sun efects though!

@goleftatthefork: The D90 is super easy to use. It has a full auto mode. It is considerably bulkier than my little Canon, but the quality of the pics is worth it.

@Seth: The trick to getting up in the morning is to NOT get up in the morning. My secret is to stay up all night long. lol

@Micky: The great thing about where i live is that it usually doesn't snow too much in the lowlands. If someone really wanted to see some snow, the mountains are only an hours drive away. All the snow anyone could ever want.
